With an educational background in Architecture from the University of Kansas and advanced studies in Germany and Switzerland, Richard has developed a robust expertise in both temporary and permanent venue solutions.
His professional journey includes pivotal roles at world-renowned Sports Architecture firms, and event specialists, where he led the design and construction of critical projects from the London 2012 Olympics, World Expo 2020 Dubai, and 2022 FIFA World Cups.
Richard’s career is distinguished by his strategic insight and ability to navigate complex, multi-cultural environments, which have been instrumental in securing and executing large-scale projects across the globe.
His leadership in project management and business development has not only driven project success but also fostered sustainable business practices and innovative design solutions in the architecture and construction industries.
Based out of New York, Richard continues to impact the global architectural landscape by leading feasibility studies on major construction and master planning projects and leveraging his deep understanding of cross-disciplinary collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and design excellence.
He serves as the Regional Director in charge of major events across the Americas and major construction projects, including the 2024 T20 Cricket World Cup Nassau County Stadium and the 2025 World Expo Osaka USA Pavilion.
