NEOM OXAGON Hyperscale Datacentre

Alchemy was appointed to lead an integrated design & construction team on behalf of the Design-Build-Operate (DBO) entity for the preconstruction phase for this hyperscale data centre in NEOM’s new industrial city – OXAGON.

The design process for this highly fast-tracked project was extremely compressed with an effective timeframe of six months from pre-design to completion of detailed design. The integration of the project team enabled significant efficiencies in constructability, progressive value engineering and enabled an early site commencement.
