Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games – Sandwell Aquatics Centre

Alchemy in partnership with NUSSLI acted as specialist Design-Build subcontractor for the delivery of a temporary training facility at the Sandwell Aquatics Centre for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. In addition, our team was responsible for the execution of a demountable seating extension and associated access stairs and bridges within the permanent building.

The scope of the works included the design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning, maintenance and removal of temporary buildings, temporary pool & filtration plant, MEP/FP systems and fit out.
